Sales Training Supervisor

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Training Supervisor to help shape, train, and guide our next generation of sales professionals. In this role, you will lead by example—handling key merchant accounts while coaching new hires on the fundamentals of live sales, leasing techniques, and compliance. What You Will Do Daily

• Coach New Talent: Monitor live sales calls, teach closing techniques, and work closely with new hires to develop professional phone etiquette.
• Evaluate & Approve Offers: Analyze, evaluate, and approve pricing structures and financial offers before they are presented to merchants.
• Drive Sales Results: Lead by example by making outbound calls to secure merchant accounts while new hires shadow you and handle inbound inquiries as needed.

What We Look For

• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a professional Sales position.
• Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, strong problem-solving abilities, and natural leadership qualities.
• Tech Savvy: Intermediate to advanced PC skills.
• Bonus Points: Prior familiarity with the Credit Card or Merchant Services industry is highly preferred.
