Manufacturing Production Operation- 10-hour shifts

The Manufacturing Production Operation role involves working part of a small team to operate automated machinery on 10-hour shifts. This position is designed for individuals with entry-level experience in manufacturing production who are committed to maintaining quality and safety standards in a steady, standard shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor automated manufacturing equipment efficiently and safely
• Collaborate effectively within a small team to meet production targets
• Maintain adherence to quality control and safety protocols on the production floor
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues to minimize downtime
• Report process deviations and assist in routine production tasks
