We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead one of our store locations and help drive sales, manage operations, and deliver outstanding service to our customers.

The Store Manager will oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth workflows, a clean and professional environment, and exceptional customer satisfaction. This role requires strong industry knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to manage accounts and transactions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
· Maintain expert-level product knowledge of epoxy, resin, and concrete products, including the use of precision measuring tools.
· Serve customers by understanding and meeting their needs and expectations.
· Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and customers.
· Prepare, process, and track invoices and estimates in a timely and accurate manner.
· Fulfill product orders placed through our ordering system.
· Manage new and existing customer accounts; plan and organize daily schedules for customer contact and project coordination.
· Evaluate and recommend changes in products, services, or policies based on sales data and competitive trends.
· Stock and organize shelves according to company standards.
· Maintain awareness of OSHA requirements and fire safety protocols.
· Track all financial transactions related to store and project deposits.
· Investigate and resolve customer complaints professionally; provide solutions and prepare related reports for management.
· Continuously improve professional and technical knowledge through training, reading, and networking.
· Uphold a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
· Adhere to dress code: Company-issued polo shirts must be worn; no shorts, low-cut shirts, or open-toe shoes permitted.
· Use Microsoft Excel to manage data, inventory, or reporting.
· Complete all tasks and directives assigned by management.
Qualifications:
· Prior experience in retail, construction supply, or resin/epoxy industries preferred.
· Experience in flooring materials or installations is highly preferred.
· Proven leadership and customer service experience.
· Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
· Proficient with Microsoft Excel and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
· Well-versed in the differences between colors; must be able to assist with color matching and tinting paint accurately.
· Able to retrieve and handle materials from shelves efficiently; must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
· Preferred to speak more than one language — Spanish highly preferred.
· Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
· Must be dependable, professional, and self-motivated.
Compensation & Benefits:
· Base Salary: $60,000/year
