About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Digital Product Designer to help take a financial health and wellness platform from its MVP launch into a more mature and scalable product.
You will focus heavily on detailed design and production delivery—taking features from concepts through high-fidelity, developer-ready screens and staying involved through development and QA to ensure the final experience matches the intended design.
You'll work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Content teams, and stakeholders in an Agile environment while supporting a continuous roadmap of new features and enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
- Create detailed user flows, high-fidelity UI, responsive designs, interaction states, edge cases, and developer-ready specifications.
- Prepare clear design handoffs so Engineering teams have everything needed for implementation.
- Build, maintain, and extend the platform's design system, including reusable components and design patterns.
- Partner closely with Engineers throughout development and conduct design QA to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
- Support new features and enhancements across web and mobile experiences.
- Design new modules and tools such as learning content, calculators, assessments, progress tracking, and goal-setting experiences.
- Use analytics, user feedback, and research to identify opportunities and improve the product experience.
- Work closely with Product and Engineering teams during refinement, sprint planning, and other Agile activities.
- Manage work across concurrent sprints while keeping design ahead of development.
- Track post-launch outcomes such as engagement, task completion, return visits, and user satisfaction.
- Present and communicate design decisions clearly to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Must-Have Skills – Non-Negotiable
- 5+ years of Digital Product Design experience
- Portfolio or case studies required
- Experience working in complex, data-heavy, and compliance-driven environments
- Strong collaboration with Engineering teams from discovery through delivery
- Expert-level proficiency with Figma and modern prototyping tools
- Experience creating high-fidelity, production-ready designs and detailed developer handoffs
- Strong experience with Design Systems, reusable components, and responsive design
- Research- and data-driven decision-making experience

- Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
- Experience designing AI-powered and automated features
- Understanding of Responsible AI principles and privacy-by-design practices
