5S/Shop Helper

The 5S/Shop Helper plays a vital role as part of a dedicated 5S team, supporting manufacturing and production areas through effective implementation of 5S principles and general shop assistance. This position involves moderate physical activity and frequent use of basic hand tools, material handling equipment, and cleaning tools, emphasizing safety compliance and organization to maintain an efficient work environment without requiring travel or relocation.

Responsibilities

• Implement 5S methodology to improve workplace organization and efficiency
• Assist with material handling and movement within the shop
