Service and Sales Representative

Aegis is currently partnering with a growing manufacturer to identify a Service and Sales Representative to join their company!

Responsibilities:

• Resolve customer service calls
• Connect, maintain and nurture relations with current and potentials customers over the phone and through emails
• Create and enter quotes and bill of materials for parts and sales orders
• Resolve customer complaints

Requirements:

• Strong written communication and customer service skills, especially over email
• Organized and detail-oriented; able to manage quotes, purchase orders, and multiple customer requests
• Comfortable handling frustrated customers over the phone professionally and working through issues
• Customer-facing experience in retail, service, hospitality, or similar; manufacturing experience is a plus, not required
