Maintenance Tech

The Maintenance Tech plays a key role in ensuring the general upkeep and functionality of apartment equipment and infrastructure. Working primarily on general apartment equipment during the day shift, this position involves a diverse range of tasks from flooring to drywall and painting to maintain a safe and efficient environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform facility upkeep tasks to maintain operational standards
• Carry out flooring installations and repairs
• Complete painting projects to enhance facility appearance
• Repair and install drywall as needed
• Operate and maintain general facility equipment
• Work exclusively on day shifts following scheduled hours

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in maintenance roles
• High School Diploma or equivalent
