Warehouse Order Selector

Position Summary:
We are seeking experienced Warehouse Order Pickers for a distribution center in Goodyear, AZ. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience operating an electric pallet jack and RF scanner to accurately pick and prepare orders for shipment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners and/or pick sheets
• Safely operate an electric pallet jack to transport products throughout the warehouse
• Verify item numbers, quantities, and product quality before packing
• Prepare, stage, and wrap orders for shipment according to company standards
• Maintain productivity and accuracy standards in a high-volume environment
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
• Follow all OSHA and company safety guidelines at all times
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure workflow efficiency

Required Qualifications:
• Must have a minimum of 1 year of warehouse order picking experience using the EPJ

• Must be authorized to work in the United States, must pass a background check, and must pass a drug test
• Proven experience operating an electric pallet jack and using RF scanners. An assessment will be conducted at the interview.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a cold environment and work OT when needed
• Reliable attendance and punctuality

Available Shifts:
• 2nd shift Dry Picker (1:00 p.m-9:30 p.m/Sundays & Tuesdays Off) ($20)
• 2nd shift Dry Picker (1:00 p.m-9:30 p.m/Sundays & Wednesdays Off) ($20)
• 2nd shift Dry Picker (1:00 p.m-9:30 p.m/Sundays & Thursdays Off) ($20)

• 2nd shift Freezer Picker (1:00 p.m-9:30 p.m/Sundays & Thursdays Off) ($21)

Training Schedule: 9:00 a.m-5:30 p.m/Monday-Friday) (2 weeks approximately)

Compensation Pay & Benefits:
• $20-$21 Hourly

• Temp to hire after completing 480 working hours
