Construction General Labor

We are hiring dependable General Laborers to join a major new data center construction project in Pecos, Texas. This is a great opportunity for individuals with construction experience who are comfortable with physical work and want to gain valuable experience on a large-scale construction project.

Responsibilities

• Assist skilled tradespeople with general construction tasks as directed
• Move and organize materials, tools, and equipment
• Load, unload, and transport materials around the jobsite
• Clean and maintain organized work areas
• Remove debris and perform general site cleanup
• Support carpenters and other skilled trades as needed
• Follow all project safety requirements and procedures
• Maintain a safe and productive work environment

Requirements

• Previous construction experience required
• Ability to perform physically demanding work in an outdoor construction environment
• Ability to lift, carry, and move construction materials
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team
• Reliable transportation
• Willingness to travel and work in Pecos, TX
• Data center or large-scale construction experience is a plus
