Paralegal Legal Secretary

• Must have 3 to 5 yrs experience working as a paralegal or legal secretary
• Proficient using Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
• Must have experience filing documents with the court, contacting judge assistance, manage attorney case files, attorney calendars and knowledge of general court systems
• Experience preparing legal documents and subpoenas
• Experience preparing discovery requests and scheduling hearings, trials and depositions
• Experience formatting, finalizing, typing and filing documents
• Experience preparing letters and legal documents from drafts
• Experience filing pleadings and motions with appropriate tribunals
• Experience managing executive management daily calendars
• Experience managing travel arrangements
