Roles & Responsibilities

• Attend Company witness and hold points per Contractor's Inspection & Test Plan (ITP)
• Conduct surveillance assessments of contractor adherence to contractual civil work requirements
• Verify construction materials comply with contract specifications
• Verify excavation, backfilling, compaction, surveys, and earthwork activities comply with approved ITPs, codes, standards, and contractual agreements
• Verify concrete and grout preparation, mixing, pre-pour inspections, pouring, and testing comply with approved ITPs, codes, standards, and contractual agreements
• Sign off on civil/concrete inspection test records, contractor ITPs, and Quality Plan adherence

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in capital construction projects within the oil & gas industry
• Detailed understanding of civil codes and standards
• Demonstrable competency in civil construction methods (earthwork and concrete)
• Working knowledge of project execution, construction, and completion practices
• Proven ability to work effectively in project environments as a team player
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English
