Production Associate, 1st Shift — Direct Hire — Syracuse, NY

Join a growing pharmaceutical manufacturing team in Syracuse, NY! We are hiring Production Associates for a direct hire opportunity with a client of ours, a well-established pharmaceutical manufacturer.

What You'll Do

You will work on high-speed filling, packaging, and labeling equipment to produce veterinary pharmaceutical products. Some tasks take place in a clean room environment where cleanliness and attention to detail matter.

Schedule

1st shift, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, 4 days per week. Some weeks may include mandatory overtime.

Pay

$18.75 to $21.00 per hour based on experience

What We're Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent
No known allergy or sensitivity to penicillin
Comfortable standing and performing repetitive tasks throughout your shift
Willing to follow strict procedures and wear required protective equipment, including clean room attire when needed
Reliable and detail oriented

Nice to Have

Experience with filling, packaging, or labeling equipment
Background in pharmaceutical, food, or other regulated manufacturing
Clean room experience
Basic mechanical skills
