What Youll Own
This is your restaurant. Youll set the tone, lead from the floor, and make sure your team and operation are firing on all cylinders.
- Hire, train, schedule, and develop a strong team
- Coach your managers and hourly employees to perform at their best
- Drive great guest experiences and smooth daily operations
- Own execution, accountability, safety, and restaurant standards
- Track performance and partner with area leadership on goals and action plans
- Lead a 50-hour workweek with flexibility during peak business periods

- 2+ years of restaurant management experience
- Strong leadership and people-development skills
- Organized, accountable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
