• Plan and implement age-appropriate lessons that support spiritual, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
• Integrate Bible stories, songs, and faith-based values into the daily curriculum.
• Foster a classroom atmosphere of kindness, respect, and cooperation.
• Provide attentive, loving care and guidance to all students.
• Maintain regular communication with parents and guardians regarding student progress and school events.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and organized learning environment.
• Collaborate with fellow staff members to plan and participate in school events.

• Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• DCF 45-hour training completed (preferred but not required).
• CDA credential (preferred).
• Previous experience in a preschool or childcare setting.
• CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to obtain).
• Strong classroom management skills and a warm, patient demeanor.
• Active member of a Christian church and able to integrate faith into teaching.
