Are you friendly, organized, and ready to help customers feel taken care of? Leaps & Bounds Plumbing, Heating and Air is a fast-growing, family-owned HVAC company serving Lemoyne, Camp Hill, Harrisburg, and surrounding areas. We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our office team full-time and be the welcoming voice of our company.

Position Details:

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Lemoyne, PA
Type: Full-time, in-office

Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls and schedule appointments for HVAC service and installations
Provide exceptional customer support and follow up on service requests
Assist with dispatching technicians and updating schedules
Process customer information and maintain accurate records
Support the office team with administrative tasks

Qualifications:

Strong communication and customer service skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
Basic computer skills (experience with scheduling software is a plus)
Previous customer service or office experience preferred
Positive attitude and team-player mentality
