Position: ASL Caregiver / Direct Support Professional
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

We are seeking a reliable, compassionate, and experienced ASL Caregiver to provide direct support to an individual with developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Provide daily living and personal support
- Communicate effectively using American Sign Language (ASL)
- Support community outings, appointments, and activities
- Assist with meal preparation and household tasks
- Follow the individual’s support plan and safety guidelines
- Maintain professional communication with the care team and family
- Provide respectful, person-centered care
Qualifications:
- ASL proficiency required
- Previous caregiving or direct-support experience preferred
- Must be dependable, patient, and compassionate
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must pass required background checks and meet employment requirements
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
