Job Title: Workers' Compensation Claims Administrator

Location:  Winnemucca, NV 89445  

Duration:  6 - 12 months

Pay Rate:  $38.00/hr on W2 (We can negotiate)

Job Description:

Work Environment

• Warehouse/industrial construction environment
• Multi-year project with long-term opportunities
• Onsite presence required

Schedule

• 6 - 12-month initial assignment with potential for extension
• Rotation schedule: 6 weeks onsite / 1 week off
• Monday - Saturday work schedule (typically standard business hours Monday-Friday, with Saturday support as needed)

Housing & Transportation

• Management dormitory housing provided onsite
• Meals and laundry services provided at no cost
• Transportation provided from housing hub to the project site
• Candidates are responsible for their own transportation to the Nevada work location

Required Experience:

• 5 - 7+ years of Workers Compensation Claims Administration experience
• Strong end-to-end (full-cycle) Workers Compensation experience
• Experience managing workplace injury and incident processes

Ability to:

• • Log and track workplace incidents
  • Coordinate with injured employees and contractors
  • Manage documentation and reporting requirements
  • Work with medical clinics and healthcare providers
  • Track claims through resolution and return-to-work processes
  • Maintain compliance with Workers Compensation policies and procedures

Preferred Background:

• Construction, industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, or large project-site experience
• Experience supporting large contractor workforces

Certifications:

• No specific certification required

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary Workers Compensation Claims Administrator onsite
• Manage injury reporting and incident documentation
• Coordinate medical treatment and follow-up care
• Communicate with employees, contractors, supervisors, and medical providers
• Maintain accurate records and reporting throughout the claims lifecycle
• Support return-to-work and case management activities
