The Restaurant Busser plays a key role in maintaining a clean and efficient fast casual dining environment by swiftly clearing and setting tables, restocking supplies, and supporting the restaurant team. Reporting directly to the Restaurant Manager, the busser ensures smooth operations during peak lunch hours with attentive service and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Clear tables promptly after guests leave
• Set tables with clean utensils and condiments
• Dispose of trash efficiently to maintain cleanliness
• Restock dining area supplies as needed
• Assist team members during busy lunch periods
