Multiple Full-Time Positions Available 

Location: Various stores, Licking County Ohio

Pay: $15.45-$16.39 per hr.

Schedule: Depends on the need of the store you are working in.

Availability: Must have open availability 

A successful applicant will...

• Have ample experience in retail management
• Have a passion for working with people with disabilities 
• Have a working knowledge of retail settings and product display
• Have exceptional customer service 
• Have the ability to work a flexible schedule
• Supervise and train employees with enthusiasm as well as understanding
• Lead and teach your team how to sort and price donations
• Ensure quality control standards

 Requirements: 

• Valid driver’s license
• Travel to other Licking/Knox Goodwill retail locations within Licking County
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen (includes THC)
• Pass a pre-employment background check
• Learn to fill Propane tanks for customers
• Have the ability to stand and walk for long periods of time as well as bend, twist, squat, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds
