We’re looking for a reliable, organized, and friendly part-time remote assistant to join our team for approximately 10 hours per week.
This is a flexible role that will involve a variety of day-to-day tasks, including:
- Responding to customer emails and questions
- Providing friendly and professional customer service
- Editing and updating customer orders
- Following up with customers as needed
- Assisting with marketing emails and promotions
- Helping with social media and online content
- Supporting our branding and maintaining a consistent brand voice
- General administrative and organizational tasks
Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for someone who is:
- An excellent written communicator
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working independently and remotely
- Friendly and customer-service focused
- Familiar with email and online business tools
- Experienced with social media, branding, and marketing
- Able to manage multiple small tasks and prioritize as needed
Experience with canva a +++++
Previous customer service, administrative, marketing, branding, or social media experience is a plus.
This is a part-time position of approximately 10 hours per week, with a flexible schedule and the opportunity to grow with our business.
