Asphalt Seal Coat Crew Member

Black Jack Asphalt & Concrete is hiring an experienced sealcoating crew member for full-time work throughout Mid-Michigan.

We are looking for someone with previous professional sealcoating experience who can step onto the crew and get to work.

Responsibilities include:

• Applying sealcoat by spray and/or squeegee
• Crack filling
• Cleaning and preparing asphalt
• Edging and detail work
• Operating sealcoating equipment
• Commercial parking lots and residential driveways
• Line striping experience is a plus

Requirements:

• Previous sealcoating experience required
• Reliable transportation
• Dependable attendance
• Able to work outdoors and physically demanding days
• Willing to travel to jobs throughout Mid-Michigan
• Driver’s license preferred

Full-time or Part-time seasonal position with plenty of hours available. Pay based on experience.
