About the Role:
Revive Therapy Plus Wellness LLC is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Medical Scheduler to join our growing team in Oklahoma City, OK. Responsibilities:
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments across multiple providers and service lines
- Manage inbound and outbound calls, addressing patient inquiries with professionalism and care
- Coordinate referrals, follow-up visits, and therapy or wellness appointments
- Maintain accurate patient records and demographic information in the EMR/EHR system
- Verify insurance eligibility and collect necessary pre-authorization information
- Communicate scheduling changes, cancellations, and waitlist updates to patients and staff
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to optimize daily scheduling workflows
Requirements:
- Prior experience in medical scheduling, medical receptionist, or healthcare administration preferred
- Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems and medical scheduling software
- Atleast 3 years experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first attitude
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a busy clinical environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required; medical office certification a plus
