Front of House Team Leader

What you'll be doing

• Train & inspire your crew

Onboard and develop front of house staff, sharing your knowledge and setting the standard for incredible guest experiences.

• Own the schedule

Write and manage the front of house schedule, keeping shifts covered and your team happy — because a well-rested team is a winning team.

• Keep inventory dialed in

Order and manage front of house inventory so the team always has what they need — no one likes a supply run in the middle of a rush!

You'd be a great fit if you...

• Have previous experience in a front of house leadership or supervisory role

• Love coaching others and watching them grow

• Stay cool, calm, and collected when things get busy (and can laugh about it after)

• Are organized, detail-oriented, and thrive on keeping things running smoothly
