Food production Worker

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Production Worker / Spray Dry Operator to join our team in Commerce, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for manufacturing, packaging, and processing assigned products according to exact formula specifications while adhering to food safety regulations.

Schedule – Monday – Friday:

23nd shift

2.3 pm – 11 Pm plus overtime

Saturday or Sunday : 5:00 am – 1:30 pm (mandatory)

Pay Rate: 17.5 to 19 DOE

Key Responsibilities

• Manufacture and package assigned products according to formula specifications.
• Understand and comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), food safety regulations, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment following daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules.
• Assist with equipment and facility cleaning as directed.
• Attend required training sessions and follow safety instructions.
• Lift 50 pounds

Qualifications

• Previous experience in production, manufacturing, or food processing preferred.
• Food machine operator (mixer, spray dry operator, meat grounder or similar
• Ability to follow detailed verbal and written instructions.
• Comfortable working 2nd shift and mandatory Saturday hours.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet physical demand requirements.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
