Paint Loader/Unloader

• Move large and small product from weld cells to the paint conveyor using overhead cranes.
• Inspect product before loading to ensure it meets standards.
• Confirm product is fully painted before unloading.
• Operate overhead cranes smoothly and precisely.
• Attach and detach hooks safely and efficiently.
• Check product surfaces before painting and verify full paint coverage after.
• Mask and unmask plugs from threaded areas.
• Follow scheduling timelines to help meet production goals.
• Apply 6S / Lean Manufacturing principles in daily work.
• Work efficiently across a variety of diversified tasks.
• Complete documentation as required by management.
• Deliver consistent, quality work.
• Keep your work area neat, safe, and organized.

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Capable of completing daily crane inspections.
• Comfortable working with little or no supervision.
• Strong communication skills.
• Able to frequently reach with hands and arms and work on raised platforms.
• 6 months to 3 years of related manufacturing experience.
• Overhead crane experience preferred.
• Minimum Grade 12 education (high school diploma or equivalent).
