About this job

Reporting to the Director of Women of Vision and Campaign Pipeline, the Women of Vision Coordinator supports the planning, coordination, and execution of a number of Women of Vision (WOV) programs, events, and committee activities. This role supports the Director of Women of Vision and Campaign Pipeline and works closely with lay leaders to ensure the successful

implementation of initiatives that engage members, support grantmaking efforts, and strengthen involvement. The Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining strong relationships with members and supporting the overall operations of Women of Vision.



  • Serve as the professional liaison for the Education/Advocacy Committee and Evaluation Committee 
  • Coordinate and execute a number of Women of Vision programs, including two educational Zoom programs, two in-person book reviews, one Advocacy Day in coordination with JCRC, and the joint event with Women’s Philanthropy. 
  • Assist in planning and coordinating at least two site visits with grantees. 
  • Implement the “WOV in the Wild” initiative to support outreach efforts to maintain engagement and participation among current members. 
  • Works in partnership with lay leaders to plan and implement committee priorities, programs, meetings, and initiatives that advance the mission and goals of Women of Vision. 
  •  Provide logistical support for committee meetings and parlor meetings, including scheduling, agenda and materials preparation, as well as follow-up communications. 
  • Attend and support events that take place during daytime or evening hours, as needed.
  •  Supports the grants process, including coordination of meetings, assisting in the development and distribution of materials and communications, tracking timelines and following-up on actions. 
  • Work closely with committee co-chairs to develop meeting agendas and ensure smooth facilitation. 
  • Manage pledge reminders and follow-up.
