POSITION SUMMARY

The Ski School Front Desk Agents are expected to ensure a warm and welcoming experience for all ski school guests, from initial inquiries through the completion of their sales. Ideal candidates will be customer service oriented, friendly, proactive problem solvers, and computer literate. This is a part-time seasonal position. Compensation is $20.00/hour.

Recruitment for this role will be ongoing through December.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Anticipate and take appropriate action surrounding guest issues
  
• Answer phone calls from guests
  
• Provide general information about the Snow Sports School
  
• Sales and booking of snow sports lessons
  
• Administrative duties
  
• Sell select products to guests
  
• Assist guests with rates and information regarding lessons
  
• Additional duties as assigned
  

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skill, and Ability Requirements

• Highschool Diploma, or equivalent, required
  
• Previous customer service experience, preferred
  
• Experience with working with children a plus
  
• Excellent communication skills and people skills
  
• Organized
  
• Must be 18 years of age or older
  
• Strong computer literacy skills
  
• Excellent communication skills
  
• Ability to multitask & delegate tasks as needed
  

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS

This position may be required to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
