Tubing Fabricator ll

• Set up and operate the tube laser per job requirements
• Load and verify laser programs and material specifications
• Set up and operate the tube bender for standard jobs
• Verify bend orientation, angles, and lengths
• Organize, stage, and track raw material and remnants
• Perform in-process inspections using measuring tools
• Identify and report nonconforming parts or process issues
• Perform routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
• Assist with training and supporting Level I fabricators

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Understanding of tolerances, bend callouts, and cut features
• Proficiency with measuring tools (calipers, protractors, angle gauges)
• Knowledge of common tubing materials and applications
• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Independently run both tube laser and tube bender on complex jobs
• Diagnose and correct common cutting or bending issues
• Optimize setups to reduce scrap and cycle time
• Maintain accurate material inventory and remnant usage
• Demonstrate leadership and mentor junior employees
• Consistently meet quality, safety, and efficiency goals
• Show strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $23.00 - $27.00
