Occupational Therapist (OT)

Key Responsibilities- Provide occupational therapy evaluation and treatment services to patients
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
- Must present a valid state or federal issued photo identification upon arrival at the facility and wear a photo badge at all times while on site
- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of Washington
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Valid state or federal issued photo identification required
- Previous experience in a contract or registry staffing capacity
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Expected 35 hours per week providing a consistent and stable schedule throughout the contract period
