Physical Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide high-quality therapy services in accordance with state and federal regulations, as well as facility guidelines. This role involves comprehensive patient evaluation, development of personalized treatment plans, and the direct delivery of therapy aimed at restoring function and mobility.

Responsibilities:

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients effectively.
• Develop and regularly update treatment and discharge plans of care.
• Document all services accurately and in a timely manner.
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and Rehabilitation Technicians according to practice acts.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and engage with patients' families.
• Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Graduation from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MSPT, or BSPT).
• Active state Physical Therapy license (or eligibility to obtain one).
• Strong communication skills and clinical competencies.
• Flexibility to adapt to varying environments, schedules, and patient needs.
