Advanced Practice Nurse Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and highly qualified Advanced Practice Nurse to join our team. This role will require a dynamic individual who is prepared to deliver top-tier patient care within a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Job Details- Start Date: 10/5
- Shifts: 3x12 variable shifts
- Provide comprehensive patient assessments and evaluations.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
- Perform diagnostic and therapeutic interventions as necessary.
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
- Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with all regulatory standards.
- Active nursing license and board certification as an Advanced Practice Nurse.
- Strong clinical skills and a commitment to high-quality patient care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Flexibility to work variable shifts as required.
