Physical Therapist

Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and treat outpatient orthopedic patients using 60-minute initial evaluations and 30-minute follow-up visit slots
- Manage a caseload of approximately 10–11 patients per day and roughly 50 patients per week
- Document clinical notes using the NextGen documentation system, supported by AI-assisted scribe technology
- Collaborate with front desk staff and rehab aides to support efficient clinic operations
- Serve a diverse patient mix including commercial, Medicare, and workers' compensation populations
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Indiana or eligibility to obtain one
- Ability to work a structured 5x8 schedule across Monday through Friday
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, open-concept outpatient clinic environment
- Outpatient orthopedic experience strongly preferred
- Familiarity with NextGen or similar EMR/documentation platforms
- New graduates will be considered — no minimum years of experience required
- Clinicians are supported by purpose-built AI documentation scribe technology designed to generate compliant clinical notes in real time, allowing you to stay focused on patient care
