📍 **Location:** Corvallis, Oregon
📅 **Contract:** 13 Weeks
☀️ **Shift:** Days | 7:30 AM–4:00 PM | Rotating Weekends
⏱️ **Hours:** 40 Hours/Week

We’re seeking an experienced **Occupational Therapist** for a travel assignment supporting **inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation** services. This position will be shared between multiple locations as needed.

✅ **Requirements**

* Active, unencumbered **Oregon OT License**
* Minimum **3 years of Occupational Therapy experience**
* ❤️ Current **BLS/BCLS**
* Experience in inpatient and/or outpatient rehabilitation
* Ability to work across multiple care settings

🩺 **Responsibilities**

* Evaluate and treat patients with functional or mobility limitations
* Develop individualized treatment plans
* Provide one-on-one outpatient therapy
* Support patients in improving self-care and functional independence
