Day Program Assistant (Russian Speaking)

💰 Wage: $18.00/hour
🕐 Schedule: Full-Time | 40 Hours Per Week

• Week 1: Mon–Fri | 8:00 AM–3:00 PM + Sun | 9:00 AM–2:00 PM
• Week 2: Mon–Fri | 7:30 AM–3:30 PM

No evenings. No on-call shifts!

Join our Adult Day Health Program as a Program Assistant, providing hands-on care, activities, and support to individuals in a community-based setting.

Qualifications

⚠️ Before you apply, please be sure you meet the following qualifications:

• Fluent in Russian
• Able to play a musical instrument
• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year supporting seniors or adults with medical or rehabilitative needs
• Knowledge of vital signs, weights, and ADLs
• Able to pass background checks, physical exam, and TB screening
• Compassionate, dependable, and a strong communicator

What You’ll Do

• Provide daily care and support to older adults and individuals with rehabilitation needs, dementia, or intellectual and developmental disabilities
• Assist with ADLs, brief changes, transfers, and personal care
• Support socialization, independence, and meaningful participation
• Lead musical and recreational activities
• Ensure participant safety and well-being
