Position: Assembly Machine Operator

Location: Toms River, NJ (onsite)

Shift: 7p-7a Thursday, Friday, Saturday and every other Wednesday

Pay: $19-21/hour, depending on experience (plus $2 shift differential)

Bonus: 7% quarterly bonus potential

We're looking for a dedicated Assembly Machine Operator to support production by operating assembly machines and ensuring high-quality output.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
  • Start and operate assigned assembly machines.
  • Monitor automated equipment to maintain continuous production flow.
  • Perform changeovers and make minor adjustments/repairs as needed.
  • Package parts accurately, create labels, and keep your work area organized.
  • Follow quality procedures, report issues, and assist in problem-solving activities.
  • Comply with all safety rules and wear required PPE.
