DSP Delivery Driver- 22.25/hr, weekly pay and efficiency incentive!

We are a DSP looking to hire highly motivated delivery drivers interested in joining a fun, team-focused environment with great benefits and opportunities for growth. No experience or CDL necessary, we have a great paid training program that will support you and set you up for success!

• Flexible Scheduling – Hiring for full and part time positions for 8-10 hour shifts. Full time employees work a 4 day/week schedule so that they have more time to spend with friends and family. Day/evening shift, no nights. Overtime pay is offered after 40 hours/week.
• Great Benefits – All employees start accruing paid time off on day 1! Full time employees are also eligible for medical, dental and vision insurance after 30 days of employment.
• 401k - With up to 3.5% employer match. Eligible after 90 days of employment.
• Tuition Reimbursement- Tuition reimbursement up to $5,250 per calendar year. Available for college degree courses taken at any accredited institution in the U.S. and CDL training.
• Independence – Load a company provided van and spend the rest of your shift safely operating a delivery vehicle to transport goods to designated locations.
• Free Shoes – You will receive $125 credit to purchase new, comfortable work shoes every year!

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to move boxes up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to get in and out of a van approximately 200 times/shift.
