CAPE Pest Control is hiring a Hybrid ServicePro to deliver both general pest services and specialized termite work across our Phoenix-area routes. This role blends the variety of everyday pest control with the technical depth of termite inspection, treatment, and prevention — ideal for someone ready to build real expertise across both sides of the trade.

What You'll Do

• Complete 8-12 stops daily, mixing general pest control services with scheduled termite jobs
• Perform termite bait station installations and routine monitoring
• Conduct termite renewal inspections and warranty treatments
• Perform WDIIR and other termite inspections as needed
• Apply liquid and bait treatment systems per label and company protocol
• Diagnose pest and termite activity and recommend the right treatment plan for each property
• Communicate clearly with customers about findings, treatment plans, and prevention
• Identify upsell and additional service opportunities during stops and inspections
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation in FieldRoutes CRM
• Keep your service vehicle, equipment, and inventory organized and ready

Compensation & Benefits

• $22.00 – $29.00 per hour, based on experience and certification, plus bonuses
• Signing bonus of $500.00 ($250 at 30 days, $250 at 60 days)

Schedule

• Full-time
• 8-10 hour shifts
• Monday to Friday, 1 Saturday a month

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of pest control or termite experience required
• AZDA PMD Category 2b certification required
• Valid Driver's License required
• Comfortable working outdoors, in crawlspaces, and around structural/foundation areas
• Reliable commute to Mesa, AZ 85210
• Strong attention to detail and a customer-first mindset
