Certified Nurse Assistant

We are currently looking for a reliable, compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at an adult foster care home in Cedar Springs, Michigan. We provide individualized care in a home setting for up to six residents, and we are looking for dedicated staff who truly love what they do and put our clients' needs first.

Job Responsibilities:

  - Provide personal care according to individual care plans
  - Cook and clean
  - Pass medications
  - Document care needs accurately
  - Transport residents to medical appointments as needed

Requirements:

  - Active CNA certification
  - Experience with diabetic care
  - Ability to lift and use a Hoyer lift
  - Ability to work 12-hour shifts
  - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  - Ability to pass a background check
  - Completion of on-the-job training within the first 90 days
  - Medical clearance prior to your first shift
  - 1 year of experience (preferred)
- starting pay of $17-$19 hour depending on experience (raise after 90 onboarding complete)
