CT/XR Technologist Job Description
We are seeking a skilled CT/XR Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging procedures in a dynamic healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.
Responsibilities- Conduct CT and X-ray imaging procedures according to established protocols and guidelines.
- Prepare and position patients for imaging exams while ensuring comfort and safety.
- Operate imaging equipment proficiently and ensure proper functioning through regular maintenance checks.
- Review images for quality assurance and maintain accurate patient records.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to discuss imaging results and participate in patient care planning.
- Adhere to safety and infection control standards within the imaging department.
- Current certification as a CT/XR Technologist.
- Relevant work experience in a clinical setting preferred.
- Proficient in imaging technologies and software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
