Job Summary
This is a CT Technologist position located in Anchorage. The role involves performing routine computed tomography (CT) exams at a busy acute care facility. The shift schedule is days, with working hours from 8:00 AM to 8:30 PM, totaling 40 hours per week.
Job Details
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, 40 hours weekly, from 10/05/2026 through 01/04/2027
- Required Qualifications: Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in CT, Basic Life Support (BLS); no minimum years of experience required
- Preferred Qualifications: Ability to start IVs; candidates with this skill will be considered first
- Additional Information: The position involves covering stroke center exams, including invasive procedures, with a focus on routine CT scans. On-call and weekend work may be required as needed. The working environment requires adherence to hospital policies and dress code, with a friendly, hardworking, and adaptable personality suited for the role. Candidates must meet Alaska State fingerprint and background requirements prior to assignment.
