Childcare Needed

We are currently trying to structure my wife’s return to work two days per week. We would need a caregiver to take care of our approximately 5-month-old son after the new year. My work hours fluctuate as I do home health therapy and schedule patients as they are available. Most days I am gone around 9AM-4 p.m. but can be flexible as needed.
