Childcare Needed

I'm looking for a nanny who understands child developmental milestones for my 10 month child. Hours range from 9-12 hours/day for 1-2 days/week. Schedule will be as consistent as possible with almost all Fridays needed. Parent's work schedule varies so flexibility in scheduling would be great. We do have pets, so please consider that when applying.
