House Cleaner - Full-time / Part-time

Looking for a house cleaner for our home! Day/time is very flexible and open to weekly or bi-weekly. Our home is a 4 bed, 4 bed single story home. We have 2 dogs (who will always be put away during service) but it means main concern is floors due to hair/dirt. One room will require linen changing but the rest do not need it. Only one room has an area rug so no carpets to maintain, rest is hardwood. There is a toddler so food/crumbs/vacuuming the couch is helpful but not necessarily needed each time. Most time-consuming areas are the living area/kitchen.
