Overnight Shipping Receiving Clerk

Our client, a leading logistics and supply chain organization, is seeking a Shipping Receiving Clerk to join their team. As a Shipping Receiving Clerk, you will be part of the Cross dock department supporting warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Shipping Receiving Clerk

Location: Mission, TX

Pay Range: $13.50

Shift: 3nd Shift, Monday – Friday 10PM to 6AM

What's the Job?

• Safely operate forklift and other material handling equipment
• Load and unload freight, inspect shipments, and verify product counts against paperwork
• Report and document any shortages or damages
• Transport materials, components, and finished goods between production areas and warehouse storage
• Prepare bills of lading and maintain accurate shipping documentation

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum 1-year of experience in a Warehouse or similar environment
• Previous experience operating a forklift or similar Powered Industrial Truck required
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; SAP experience preferred
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
