Shift Details:
- 1st Shift | Monday - Thursday | 6 AM - 4 PM
- OT | Fridays (6 AM - 2:30 PM) + Saturdays (6 AM - 11 AM)
- 2nd Shift | Monday - Thursdday | 4:30 PM - 3 AM
- OT | Fridays (2:30 PM - 11 PM) + Saturdays (11 AM - 5 PM)

Looking for Assembler jobs in Granby where craftsmanship and precision come together? This opportunity lets you assemble quality products using hand tools, mechanical skills, and detailed work instructions while helping keep production running efficiently.
Assembles products according to customer's needs, following blueprints and other written and verbal specifications. Creates plan for assembly procedures, following specifications and using knowledge gained by experience. This position is viewed as skilled and is distinguished from the Product Assembler (Bench) as it requires more training and experience, generally one to two years, to perform the activities.

Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Equivalent manufacturing or assembly experience may be considered in place of formal education.
Experience Requirements
- Previous manufacturing, production assembly, mechanical assembly, or industrial assembly experience preferred.
- Ability to read basic blueprints, work instructions, bills of materials (BOMs), and routing documents.
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, and testing equipment is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment while meeting quality standards.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products.
- Reliable, dependable, and safety-focused.
- Ability to troubleshoot, adjust, or repair assemblies when needed.
- Team-oriented with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience performing equipment, fixture, or test setup changeovers preferred.
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, twist, and lift throughout the workday.
- Capable of working overtime as needed, including shifts exceeding 8 hours or 40 hours per week.
- Must be able to work safely in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, oil, grease, and other industrial conditions.
- Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, hearing protection, and safety shoes.
Job Duties
- Assemble mechanical and electrical products according to customer specifications, blueprints, and standard operating procedures.
- Read and interpret assembly drawings, blueprints, BOMs, and production documents.
- Test, inspect, calibrate, and verify components to ensure compliance with quality and performance standards.
- Use hand tools and power tools to build, modify, and repair products as required.
- Identify defects, troubleshoot issues, and make necessary adjustments to meet specifications.
- Perform tool, fixture, and test equipment changeovers.
- Follow safety, quality, and housekeeping procedures while collaborating with supervisors and team members to meet production goals.
