Job Title: Warehouse Coordinator

Location: Whitsett, NC 27377
Contract: 12 Months (Potential Extension)
Pay Rate: $24.20/hour on W2
Shift: 2nd Shift | 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to oversee daily inbound and outbound warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory, efficient workflow, and timely order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate receiving, shipping, picking, packing, and inventory activities.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and system updates.
• Assign and monitor tasks for warehouse associates.
• Track workflow and resolve operational issues or bottlenecks.
• Coordinate with logistics, purchasing, and customer service teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety, housekeeping, and company standards.
• Support effective communication and handoffs across shifts.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
• 2+ years of warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience.
• Warehouse Management System (SAP preferred) experience.
• Team coordination/leadership experience.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Basic Microsoft Office/computer proficiency.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a warehouse environment.
