Special Education Para Professional in Fort Dick, CA

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Background or training as a paraprofessional in a school setting
• Experience supporting students in elementary, middle, or high school (K-12)

• Reliability and a proactive approach to daily responsibilities

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide academic and behavioral support under the supervision of certified teachers
• Assist with instructional activities, small group work, and one-on-one support
• Foster an inclusive and welcoming classroom atmosphere
• Help manage classroom organization, materials, and documentation
• Monitor and encourage student progress
