Radiologic Technologist - X-Ray

We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic X-ray procedures for patients of all ages. The technologist will work in radiology, emergency, operating room, and bedside settings while ensuring patient safety and high-quality imaging.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic X-ray examinations on patients from neonates through geriatrics.
• Operate radiographic equipment and adjust exposure settings appropriately.
• Position patients and obtain high-quality diagnostic images.
• Perform imaging in the Radiology Department, Emergency Department, OR, and at the bedside.
• Explain procedures and provide compassionate patient care.
• Follow radiation safety and ALARA principles.
• Assist radiologists and other healthcare professionals as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and use imaging/computer systems.
• Follow department policies, quality standards, and safety procedures.

Requirements

• Graduate of an AMA-approved Radiologic Technology program.
• Registered or registry-eligible Radiologic Technologist.
• Kansas Radiologic Technology license required.
• ARRT certification or eligibility is highly preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification required or must be obtained within 90 days of employment.
• Strong communication, patient-care, and technical skills.
