Job Description

·         Oversee all production operations and lead the facility to achieve production goals, on-time delivery, and budget adherence

·         Direct and manage three production supervisors across two shifts and 35 hourly union employees

·         Own and optimize key production processes including flame cutting, plasma cutting, and heat treating

·         Manage CNC grinding, milling, lathe operations, and fabrication processes

·         Drive the production of customizable steel products serving diverse industrial sectors

Key Requirements

·         Demonstrated experience in the steel industry, including steel processing or CNC machining operations

·         Proven leadership experience managing operations within a larger-sized manufacturing plant

·         BS degree preferred
