This contract opportunity offers consistent hours—working 30 hours weekly, Monday through Friday—with a supportive and collaborative school environment. You’ll play a vital role in nurturing students as they achieve their educational goals.

Qualifications & Experience Desired:

• Previous experience working with children or students in an educational setting preferred
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, encouraging approach
• Ability to assist with classroom activities, behavior management, and individualized support plans
• Flexibility and adaptability to work with various age groups (K-12)
• Team-oriented mindset and willingness to collaborate with teachers and staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to students, individually or in small groups, under the direction of certified staff
• Assist teachers with classroom management, instructional tasks, and implementing lesson plans
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students
• Help with mobility, supervision, and engagement during classroom and extracurricular activities
• Document and report on student progress and observations as needed
